Project Overview: The Kiniero Gold Project, located in Guinea approximately 440km east-northeast of Conakry, is a long-life open-pit mining operation encompassing multiple mining zones. Our scope includes comprehensive load and haul services, production drilling, crusher feeding operations, waste dump management, and dewatering activities.

Safety Leadership: Implementation of our Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS), featuring real-time fatigue monitoring technology, comprehensive hazard identification protocols, and proactive incident prevention strategies. Our commitment to safety is demonstrated by our achievement of 0 LTI across 15 months of current mining operations.

Technological Innovation: Deployment of advanced fleet management systems, dashcam operator fatigue alert technology, and cutting-edge mobile maintenance platforms to optimize operational efficiency and safety performance.

Local Capacity Building: Development of a workforce comprising 97% local personnel (418 total employees with only 14 expatriates), supported by intensive training programs designed to promote high-level mining skills and sustainable community development.

Proven Track Record: Our recent performance at Asanko Gold demonstrated a 4% exceedance of 2024 production targets, with H2-2024 material movement 22% above budget, achieved through skilled manpower deployment and systematic operational optimization.

Timeline:

  • Phase 1 Mobilization: July 2025 (critical fleet deployment)
  • Phase 2 Mobilization: November 2025 (full operational ramp-up)
